THE SUIT

SAFE MODE

The EXPLORER™ survival suit can enter SAFE MODE when the wearer faces a situation in which survival can no longer be possible with the ressources one can access. When SAFE MODE is activated the wearer enters stasis. Cerebral activity is maintened. The rest of the body is inactive. Therefore its needs are near zero. A liquid is injected in place of blood to keep brains and tissues alive without oxygen. The EXPLORER™ survival suit exoskeleton fonction takes over the mechanical tasks. The only ressource needed for the EXPLORER™ survival suit to keep its wearer alive is electricity. The EXPLORER™ survival suit is covered with solar panels for the battery to be charged when no other electric energy is available. This system allows to extend survival until solutions are found.

MOVING

The EXPLORER™ survival suit exoskeleton function allows the wearer to move the suit at a speed of one meter per second.

The energy cost is 0.005% of the energy supply per meter.

RADAR

The EXPLORER™ survival suit system allows the wearer to access a control interface based on a radar system that will be looking for electromagnetic waves. It will allow the wearer to create an electromagnetic map when no map is available. With the MARKER function the wearer can place emetters that will broadcast a signal that will be detected by the EXPLORER™ survival suit radar but also any radars. The signal can transmit words as a note to the wearer or a message for possible help.

The radar unit is 1x=1y=1m.
